Restricted Console Access: The technical management of this specific application is executed strictly through isolated, sub-level developer team invitations with restricted "App Manager" permissions only. App Launch Agency possesses zero administrative access, zero access to financial or payout layers, and zero access or authority over any other current or future applications associated with this developer account. Any technical association between parties is strictly confined to the engineering and deployment workflow of this single, distinct application package.

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or executing VectorForge, an offline utility application provided by Melrose Surgicals.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, executing, or interacting with VectorForge, you agree to be legally bound by these operational Terms. If you do not accept these provisions in their entirety, you are prohibited from using the Application and must uninstall it immediately.
2. Scope of Limited License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited personal license to install and run the executable binary of the Application strictly for personal, non-commercial use on compatible mobile devices under your physical control.

Limitation of Vector Liability: Melrose Surgicals assumes no responsibility or legal liability for navigation errors, routing adjustments, fuel depletion incidents, velocity calculation variances, or physical transit accidents resulting from real-world adjustments modeled on the Application's simulated values. The operator holds 100% responsibility for verifying physical vehicle safety using primary, certified navigation sources.
4. Proprietary Rights and User Restrictions
The architectural layouts, structural code, calculation algorithms, and branding elements within VectorForge are the exclusive intellectual property of Melrose Surgicals. You explicitly agree that you will not:
Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or extract the core source code of the application.
Distribute, repackage, clone, or mirror the binary application asset across unauthorized third-party digital store mediums.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE APPLICATION IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" RETAIL BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE MATHEMATICAL WORKSPACE WILL OPERATE INERRANTLY ACROSS ALL NON-STANDARD MOBILE COMPILATION PLATFORMS, THOUGH STABILITY MAINTENANCE UPDATES WILL BE DEPLOYED VIA THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE.
